Land Use and Urban Structure
Of Tagbilaran City’s 3,270-hectare land area, about one thousand
forty (1,040) hectares or roughly thirty two percent (32%),
is devoted to settlements and built-up areas. Lands for marginal
agriculture constitute five hundred ninety (590) hectares
and residential lands constitute two hundred seventy five
(275) hectares. Commercial lands has seventy five (75) hectares.
Institutional with forty (40), Industrial with thirty (30)
and other uses with thirty (30) hectares. |
