Until Mayor Dan Neri Lim adapted the Multiple Intelligence Smart Start Program in Tagbilaran City’s 35 day care centres.
The City Government of Tagbilaran wants to give credit where it is due. Last July 1, in celebration of the Bohol Charter Day. Mayor Dan Neri Lim recognized Tagbilaranons for their distinctive contributions to the city.
